Which areas do you cover?
We provide on-site support anywhere on Aruba. Clients in the US are supported remotely.
Can you help without coming on-site?
Yes. Most issues are solved through a secure remote session, often the same day.
Do you provide software licenses?
Yes. We supply Microsoft 365, Windows, Office, Sophos, Adobe and more, and handle setup, user accounts and renewals for you.
How quickly do you respond?
We respond within 1 hour during business hours (Mon–Thu 8am–7pm, Fri 8am–10pm, Sat 12pm–10pm, Sun 1pm–7pm). For anything urgent, send us a WhatsApp.
Do you work with home users too?
Yes, we help both businesses and home users.
